What are you doing in your life that you could a shift your thinking to find what’s right rather than be the judge or critic toward yourself? How could you honor yourself? Become conscious of your internal dialogue. Do you have more harsh words or kind words? Are you looking at all the fabulous things you can do rather than focusing on something you can’t do?
