Do You Realize How Your Thoughts Define Your Life?

Your thoughts are powerful.

You have approximately 60,000 thoughts in a day.

What you are thinking matters.

Are your thoughts bringing out the best in you? You do know you are in charge of what you allow to come in. You can let whatever thoughts you don’t want to pass on.

Stop for a moment and think of some thought that sparks excitement for you. Feel your body. Now, think of something that doesn’t feel so good to you. Notice your body. Feel the constriction. Maybe even shame or guilt. What if instead, you could work on practicing more loving thoughts? Giving yourself more tenderness. Sure, you are going to make mistakes, have things that don’t go the way you want, and break down and you feel frustrated, but what if you begin noticing your thoughts?

Use more encouragement when things are falling apart or you are in upsetting situations.

Stop and breathe. Ask for a better feeling thought.

Your attitude matters.

Negative self-talk is destructive. Notice how you feel as you are criticizing yourself. It doesn’t feel good. It doesn’t solve anything. It puts you down. You feel worse.

You attract what you are thinking.

Notice the people who come your way. Are they joyful and fun, or do they pull you down negatively? I can’t be around people who are negative very long. It’s draining to my soul.

Pay attention to the difference in how your body feels. It will tell you what’s good for you.

Your thoughts are creating your life. The way you see yourself. The world in which you are operating.

As Abraham-Hicks says, “What you think about and what manifests in your life experience is always a vibrational match.”

Are your thoughts thinking about how much life is for you? No matter if you are in the middle of a challenge or life is flowing, life is for you. Life is helping to awaken you. To help lift you higher. To help you clear away things no longer serving you.

Your thoughts matter.

Are you ready and willing to pay closer attention to them so you can define your life in the direction you want it to go? It’s up to you and your commitment.

Keep asking, “What are you thinking?”

Your thoughts define the life you are living and the life you CAN live.

What are you choosing?
