What intentions do you set for your day?

As you wake up in the morning, what intentions do you set for your day?  Are you intending a grand day, a day of fun or a day of making a difference in people’s lives?  Or, are you getting up and just going through the day based on your habits and routines without thinking about how you want your day?  You have the choice.  Take a moment each day before you get out of your bed, give gratitude for 3 things in your life, and choose the direction and attitude you’d like your day to be like.  It’s yours for the asking.

What would loving your life look like? Have you been thinking about it or just defaulting to going through life? Life happens. The difference is paying attention to our thinking and realizing what we are creating. Wake up and create the life you want. Take 3 areas of your life like the physical, financial and spiritual parts of you. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest and greatest for you, what number would you give your life in each of these areas right now?  Create a vision for each area that would be the ideal situation for you. What step in each of the 3 areas, could you take this week to move toward that vision you have? Notice your thoughts, are they focused on what you want?  Keep track of what’s right with each area, and what’s right with your thoughts in each area. You have the power to create the life you want based on your thoughts and feelings.  Let those thoughts be the ones you want!
