BENCHMARK ASSESSMENT
DAY 1: Taking responsibility for creating the life you want Have you allowed life and its responsibility to take away all the fun in your life? Is someone else running your life? What role have you played with responsibility? What are the excuses or lies you make to yourself and others? When something goes differently than you wanted, do you take responsibility or blame others? What is that about? What is the underlying message you feel about making mistakes? What have you made it mean about you or others?

DAY 2: Knowing what you want – your desires, passions, vision of your life How do you want to live your life? You were created to bring your gifts to this world. What you have to offer is needed. What do you desire in your life? What does it look like? What do you love to do? What is most important to you? How clear are you about what you truly desire? Is your focus on what you want or don’t want?

DAY 3: Understanding Your Journey What direction has your life taken you? Who have you become? What’s your story? How are you using it? How much do you know about how you are living your life and why you have chosen it to be that way? How is self-love and self-acceptance playing out in your life?

DAY 4: Becoming Conscious What does becoming conscious mean to you? What could be possible for your life if you knew for sure that you are creating your life with your thoughts, words, feelings and actions? How are you allowing outside circumstances to control your life? How do you see your life? The world? What do you want more of in your life? What if becoming conscious was the key to freedom for living the life of your dreams?

DAY 5: What are you thinking? Are you conscious of the approximate 60,000 thoughts you have a day? How are they contributing to living your best life? What patterns do you have in your thinking? What does your chatter sound like? Is it more in the direction of your dreams or living in the past? Do you believe you have the right to happiness, success, abundance, and love? What’s your inner dialogue about making your dreams come true? Do you have abundant thinking or poverty thinking?

DAY 6: What are your beliefs, limited thinking, and obstacles? Are you happy with your life? How much do you believe you deserve good things to happen in your life? What beliefs do you have around money, work, family, relationships, health, spirituality, religion, fun? Whose beliefs are those? How do they serve you or not so much? What beliefs do you know are limiting you to living your best life? What roadblocks do you perceive are in your way to making your dreams come true?

DAY 7: How are you boxed in? Where are you stuck in your thinking about how things should be? Do you have to be right? Do you only accept certain people? Do you feel like you are better than others? What is that about? Have you ever thought about how the same arguments keep coming up for you? How much do you think fear is running your life? How much of your life is built on judgments, worry or condemnation?

DAY 8: What is your life reflecting about you? Is there a war going on inside of you or are you at peace with who you are today? What voice are you listening to each day? Are you the person you want to be today and tomorrow? Are you living from your drama or your dreams? What are some qualities you want in your life? Where are you judging, resisting, or making things wrong in your life? What experience do you need today to have your life as a reflection of who you want to be?

DAY 9: What do you need to find your inner wisdom? How do you want people in your life to describe you on your 85th birthday? What if you knew that you already had all the wisdom you needed inside you? What role do your feelings have in guiding your life? Do you take time to quiet your mind like through meditation? What is your soul whispering to you? What would you need to be able to hear that voice inside of you? What would you need to trust it?

DAY 10: What’s driving your life? What area of your life needs attention? Are you the same person you were in your teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s? How did you show up in each of those decades? What was important to you? What resentments are you holding on to? How tolerant have you been with yourself and others? What underlying commitments are driving your life? What qualities are you looking for from others for fulfillment? Is it to be valued or noticed? Is anger driving your life? What is that about? Is this someplace you need to forgive yourself, let yourself off the hook for making a mistake, not being perfect?

DAY 11: What roles are you playing? What roles do you have in your life that helps you live your best life? Which roles are you using to cover up your authentic self? Are you pretending to be someone you aren’t? How freeing would that be to let that go? What is a role you are playing that you learned in childhood would give you the results you wanted? How is it serving you today? What roles do you play at home, at work or in the world? How were they created? How could you get those needs met in other ways?

DAY 12: What are your shadows and what are you hiding? What are you hiding from? What do you not want people to know about you? What would you not want people to say about you? What are your shadow qualities? What if you knew there was a gift in what you consider your shadow qualities? What if you knew no word was bad or good, it is just the meaning you give it that makes it that way? Who is showing up in your life? What if you realized everyone is a mirror to reflect a part of you that needs you to own or heal?

DAY 13: Aligning your desires and the way you live life What do you think you need each and every day to keep you in joy, love and abundance? What makes you tick, laugh, cry, or sing for joy? What pulls you down, take you out of alignment, push your buttons or makes you feel of low energy? What is the life you would to live? How is that reflecting the way you are living today? Where are you spending the bulk of your time? Is it towards living your dreams? What’s keeping you from it? Are they excuses or do you need to see another way? How is being busy keeping you from living the life you desire?

DAY 14: Setting Intentions What intentions do you have each day? How are you using your intentions to set the direction of living your dreams? What if you realized that setting intentions is one of the most powerful tools to creating the life you desire? How do you want to live your life? What intention could help support you in achieving that? What would it take to shift what you are intending for your life?

DAY 15: Staying focused on what you desire How do you want your life 5-10-20 years from now? What actions could you begin today to create that life? Are you focused on the problems or the solutions? What would it take to begin thinking more about what you want in your life rather than what you don’t want or don’t have? Are you committed to excellence in everything you think, say and do to stay focused on what you desire? What are you feeling when you are focused on your dream?

Day 16: Allowing your desires to be created What gets in the way of you following your passion? Where are you allowing things to be in your life? Where are you resisting or holding on to the past? Is the resistance in the name of practicality? Where is your life could you begin allowing your desires to happen? What would it take for you to expect all things work out for your highest good? What beliefs do have around allowing yourself to have all you desire? Where have you limited the possibilities for your life?

DAY 17: Showing Gratitude and Appreciation Have you used gratitude for the 86,400 seconds you had today? Are you using a gratitude journal each day? Who could you appreciate for the way they matter in your life? Where in your life could you find where you are taking things for granted and spend some time giving thanks and appreciation? What area of your life could use a little gratitude and appreciation? What are you giving your attention to? Is it what you want more of or less of in your life? What if you knew that by sharing some gratitude and appreciation you are acknowledging that is something you want more of in your life?

DAY 18: Finding your gifts What are your gifts? What do you love doing? What are your strengths? Where do you shine? Have you experienced some trauma or transformation? What if you knew the world needs your gift? What if by sharing this gift you were a beacon of light for other people to live a better life? Are you afraid of shining your light? What needs to be uncovered for you?

DAY 19: Living on purpose What are you here to learn? What makes your heart soar when you are doing it? What are you here to teach? What are you here to overcome? Who are you at the core of your being? What is important to you? Where are you your most authentic self? If you were truly living on purpose, what would you choose today? Where are those places in your life that you notice the most joy?

DAY 20: Making a contribution How does life have meaning for you? How do you want to make a difference for others? What is the change you want to see in the world? How could you be of service to others? How could you devote your talents and gifts to make the world a better place? What is important to you that could be your legacy or contribution to the world?

Day 21: Connecting with a world bigger than you What if you realized that you do not see things are they are but as you are? What if you realized the way you see the world is based on your perspective? What if you realized there was enough for everyone? What if you realized there are endless possibilities of spiritual paths to help guide you to living your Highest Self? What if you realized life is a process of sowing and reaping? What if you realized that each time you removed a layer of limitations in your world, you experience a whole new world closer to your dreams? What if everything that happens to you in life is there to help you awaken to your greatest, grandest version of you?
