Day 13 has you Aligning Your Desires and the Way You Live Your Life.  Life is a journey and you create it.  Are you ready to expand? Are you willing to live a conscious life? What do you think you need each and every day to keep you in joy, love and abundance? Think of what you are doing, your day to day activities-jobs, routine and how they fit your highest desires? Create what you want. What does that look like and feel like? Let your mind and heart capture the essence and know your desires. Then do the work to make it happen.

What would you love to experience today, tomorrow and next year?  What is your ideal outcome? Be creative. What do you want to be your signature?

Know that on a higher level, every experience is there to guide you toward your dreams and purpose.  Pay attention to the messages coming your way.  Be open to receive the deeper meaning.  Stay in the dream of your life rather than the drama of life. The more you know how you show up and know what’s important to you, the more you are able to live a conscious life filled with bliss and meaning. It’s your choice.

Your thoughts are magnetic and will attract things that are at that same vibration and level.  Is it what you want? You want to become aware of where you are out of integrity with your thoughts and desires.  Where are the contradictions in your life? Where are the things you are doing not in alignment with the things you desire? The faster you put your attention in aligning these, the quicker you will manifest because you are no longer sending conflicting messages.  What is sabotaging your efforts?

How are you living each day?  Are your 60,000 thoughts more positive or negative?  Are you living more by love or fear?  Are you making your dark days lighter and your light days brighter? Are you creating more acts of kindness, appreciation, acknowledgement, affection and gratitude? Remember, the choice is yours. What do you need to make the shift? What support or structure do you need to keep your focus on the positive things in your life?

You know what is right for you. As Abraham-Hicks teach, you have an emotional guidance system.  It can be your forever guide to living your best life.  All you have to do is tune into it and take steps from there.  You receive constant messages from your emotions. When you are aligned with living your life on purpose, your life feels joyful, happy and exciting.  When you are feeling these types of feelings, you know you are headed on the right path for you.  If you feel bad, down, sad, uncomfortable, these feelings are telling you that you are out of alignment with your desires.  Use them to help guide you back on course.

Live your life as it is an answered prayer.  You are co-creating your life. “The mind of man plans his way, but the LORD directs his steps.” Proverbs 16:9 NAS  The more you are grateful and affirm your life, the more good things will come to you.   Make a list of at least ten things that make you feel extraordinary, joyful, enthusiastic, and blessed.  Keep that list close by.  Whenever you are out of sorts, find your list and shift your day, your mood and your life in the direction of that which feels best to YOU!

You can everything you desire when you have your life aligned with your thoughts, beliefs and actions.  Are you willing to invest your time to make that happen?

Actions Steps:

  1. Choose One Word that would help you focus on your future and live on purpose.  For instance, if you want to add more joy to your life, choose that.  Then everything you do, think about how you could add JOY to it. Take the time to write out some of the ways you can add joy to your day to day activities.  Set your phone to remind you a few times a day.   Learn more about how to use the concept of one word from Jon Gordon’s book – One Word.  It is a simple way of helping you make some changes needed in your life.  It is easy to remember because the word is what you have chosen and not a long list of goals to try to remember.  Do this with a friend or your family.  Then check in with each other to ensure you stay on track.
  2. Choose an area of your life that is not like you want it to be. What would you see it like in a year from now? What’s your self-talk?  What’s your inner dialogue you are having?  Are you having expectations for your best life or are there negative expectations that say it can’t happen?  For example, if you spend a lot of time angry, blaming others, you might want more peace in your life.  Keep track of how that is happening in your life versus the chaos and frantic world you are living now angered and stressed out.  The Course of Miracle s has a daily lesson that states, I could choose peace instead of this. It helped me let go of some angry thoughts or the need to be right.  Find ways to build some structures that help you take action towards living your best life.
