“We do not see things as they are.  We see them as we are.” – The Talmud

Day 21 Connecting with a world bigger than you. Are you feeling the vastness of possibilities for you and your life? The universe is limitless. Hopefully, you are seeing greater possibilities more and more as you chisel away another layer that is hiding the possibilities from you.  As you awaken you begin seeing your oneness with all of life.  You find there is more astonishment and awe in everyday living.  Oneness is the divine simplicity.  Oneness connects you with a world bigger than you and to the depths of your soul. You are expanded. You are part of the whole yet you are a unique part connected to that whole of the Universe. It’s like your fingers are part of your hand.  You are connected to the bigger yet you have your part in the world. Opening your heart to your experiences will break you free to embracing all of life.  You will connect with deeper levels of yourself and have access to a greater power. Ultimately, you become all you are meant to be which is love.  The Course of Miracles says there is only one problem that keeps you from this Divinity and that is the separation of God you have created. You were created in the image and likeness of God and life has covered that up.  With this journey to your Higher Self, it allows you to reveal more of this person whom you were created to be.

Connecting with this Highest Self is to awaken to your truth.  You understand the multidimensional aspects of self.  You understand your mind, body, and spirit connection.  You understand how you are a physical being experiencing life on your way to experiencing your greatest, grandest version of you, known as Divine Essence, or pure love.  You understand that your spiritual journey allows you to know that everything in life is evolving to help you become this Higher Self.  You don’t take life so seriously because you see how it is all for your highest good. You can step back and be the observer.

How are you connected to your Higher Power?  How do you tap into your Divinity?  What is your Higher Power?  How are you living in connection to God, Universe, or Source? How do you trust your inner knowing, your inner wisdom or your truth?  Daily practices or rituals help you connect with your higher power.  Rituals help you create some discipline in your life and allow you to set up practices that keep you connected to your path or dream.  Some of these practices are meditation, prayer, yoga, and journaling.  How could you connect and begin some daily practices?

Think of your life as a journey to ever-growing and expanded consciousness. It’s not about rules and regulations.  It’s about reconnecting you to God, or your connection to something greater than you, a Higher Power.  It is a path to go deeper and deeper to your soul and higher and higher in consciousness.

Life is messy.  Life becomes lighter because you are living on purpose and more from love and joy, no longer holding on to baggage of your past or things you deemed unacceptable.  You are lighter, freer. You are more alive and connected to something greater than you.  Keep that hope of something more alive in you. It opens doors.  The Universe is limitless. You can make your dreams come true.  It’s all up to you how you proceed and how far in this journey you walk. You are responsible for your life. It is yours for the asking when you are connecting with the power greater than you and in alignment with your desires.    “I used to make New Year’s resolutions, now I resolve instead to align myself with the Divine energy that created us. Instead of trying to use the force of willpower to make the changes we desire, why not let the inner light of our excitement, our enthusiasm, and our love guide and transform us?” —Dr. Wayne W. Dyer
