Self-approval and self-acceptance in the now are the main keys
to positive changes in every area of our lives.
” – Louise Hay

Day Three shows what an amazing journey your life has been. This lesson had you looking at what’s your journey and how it brought you to where you are today. You are beginning to understand what you did and the impact it has had on your life. You might have lived in reaction to the external world. Your decisions might have been based on wanting others approval and attention, whether that was playing the bad girl or good girl, etc. You might be mimicking what you have seen without any thought about how it benefits the life you desire.

What’s your story?  It’s not what happens to you in life but the story you keep telling about it.  Your story defines you.  What are you getting from telling that story over and over?  Is it what you want? What direction has your life taken?  Is it what you want now? Who have you become? Do you want something different or you are proud of who you are?

Take some time to reflect on your journey. Who are you trying to be?  What are reoccurring lessons in your life? What are you noticing about how your life is operating?

hand-holding-seedlingIn order to create the compelling vision you desire for your future, it’s time to see how the seeds you have sown are working for you. Are they aligning with what you want?  Finding the messages from the decades of your life provides valuable information for this journey. It’s your movie. You can see clearly the future you are building based on your past and present thoughts, words and actions. It is your life now. You can see how it fits together to help you create the life of your dreams.

An important part of Making Your Dreams Come True is to know all about you. This self-discovery is the center of real peace and empowerment.  “Healing does not mean going back to the way things was before but rather allowing what is now to make us closer to God. – Ram Das

Your future is created by your past. It is time to make sure it is what you want.  It’s time to put the pieces together. It’s time to let go of that which is no longer serving you.  What are the messages you need now?

Actions Steps:

  1. One of the steps in transformation is to love yourself and allow yourself to be the brilliant person you were created to be. On a scale of 1 -10, 10 being the highest, where are you on loving yourself?  How are you acknowledging yourself?  What gets in the way of you loving or acknowledging yourself?  Are you ashamed or feel guilty about your past or your life? Have you been taught that it is selfish and wrong to think about yourself? Have you been taught it’s bragging when you share your brilliance? You can only give what you have.  If you are joyful, you can give that.  If you love yourself, you can share that love.  If you are negative, that is what you give. Write out one thing that you can do each day to love and accept yourself more.  Write out one way you can share your light with others.
  2. Take some time to go through the decades of your life to help you piece together your journey and what’s guiding you.  Each decade of your life brought different opportunities and purposes.   What are your highlights, what are the turning points?  Are there patterns that you see? All of this information is a gold mine for discovering your best life and making your dreams come true. How does it all piece together for you?  What can you use to bring forward into creating your dreams?  What can you let go of that you no longer need as you move forward?  Take some time to journal.

Journal Time:

  • What inspired you most from the call?
  • What are two ideas you are taking from the call?
  • Where are you finding resistance?
  • What is one action step you will take within 24 hours of the call?
  • What support do you need to help you keep moving forward?
